This website is operated by Unico, a specialty coffee and branded merchandise online store based in Valencia, Spain. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our products are available for shipping within the European Union, excluding areas with special tax regimes (e.g., Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla). 2. What We Offer

At Uni.coffee, we provide:

  • Roasted specialty coffee beans.

  • Branded apparel (Unico t-shirts).

  • Handcrafted mugs and selected coffee accessories. Local Delivery: Delivery is Free for all orders within a 3 km radius of our location in Valencia. Any orders outside this specific radius, even within other districts of Valencia city, will be subject to standard national shipping rates.

3. Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that you are of legal age in your place of residence or that you have parental consent to use this website.

4. Accuracy of Information

Uni.coffee strives to keep all information up to date but does not guarantee the total accuracy of prices, availability, or descriptions. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices or services without prior notice.

5. Orders and Billing

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

  • Uni.coffee reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if inaccurate or inconsistent data is detected.

  • Payments are processed securely via Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Important Notes:

  • *Selected EU Countries include: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Portugal.

  • All shipments (outside the free 3km local zone) are managed through Correos España.

  • Orders placed after 15:00h (CET) will be processed the following business day.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Coffee: As a perishable food item, returns or refunds are not accepted once the product has been opened or consumed. Refunds are only issued in case of a verifiable error by Unico or damage during transit.

  • Apparel: Returns are only accepted if the size delivered does not match the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Accessories/Mugs: Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Procedure: To report an issue, contact info@uni.coffee within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged product.

8. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon others' intellectual property, or to upload malicious code.

9. Liability

Unico is not liable for damages resulting from the incorrect use of our products. Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Unico for any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or illegal actions.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Valencia, Spain.
