Ichamara is a smallholder coffee from the New Gikaru Farmers Cooperative Society, grown on the fertile volcanic slopes of Mount Kenya. The cherries are hand-picked, carefully fermented, washed, and sorted to highlight the clarity and precision typical of Kenya’s finest coffees. In the cup, it shows ripe cherry, hibiscus florals, and raspberry, with lively acidity, a silky body, and a clean, lingering finish. The SL28, SL34, and Ruiru 11 varieties combine depth and brightness, creating a vibrant and balanced cup.
