Uni.co was born from the desire to create a small project that shares carefully selected coffees with those who truly appreciate them. My love for specialty coffee grew through travels around the world, discovering new cultures, attending coffee fairs, and meeting people who introduced me to the fascinating universe of specialty coffee.

The name Uni.co draws inspiration from Uni, the Etruscan goddess connected to Perugia, my hometown. Her strength and uniqueness blend with my passion for coffee, shaping a brand that values quality, thoughtful selection, and the pleasure of every cup.

I work in partnership with a young and trusted roastery, personally choosing the coffees that best reflect my taste and the philosophy of Uni.co. This project is for anyone who seeks quality, carefully curated coffees and a meaningful, enjoyable experience in every sip.
