Finca Santa Elisa Pachup – Guatemala
Located in the Acatenango region near San Pedro Yepocapa, Finca Santa Elisa Pachup spans 506 hectares, with 360 dedicated to coffee. The farm supports the local community by providing work for many families. After a period of low production, the estate was refurbished and now produces around 34,000 quintales of coffee cherries, processed at Beneficio La Esperanza in Antigua. Careful washing is essential due to ash from nearby Fuego volcano. The coffee, Marsellesa - Sarchimor variety, is bright and complex, with subtle fruit notes and lively acidity, offering a clean, refined cup.
